Ingredients

1 banana

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 dates

1 chocolate flavored whey pod

400ml fresh almond milk

Optional: cocoa powder
Preperation

Mix all the ingredients (except the almond milk) in a blender.

Then gradually add the almond milk until the mixture becomes fluid and creamy.

Add more or less milk depending on the desired consistency.

Taste and adjust flavors : add more bananas or dates to enhance the sweet taste, or more whey protein for the chocolate taste or peanut butter for the salty taste.

Feel free to add ice cubes to improve the texture and thickness of the milkshake.
