Chocolate, banana and peanut butter flavored milkshake

Easy and practical, this delicious protein milkshake contains only 5 ingredients and will delight you with its thick and creamy texture, with a chocolate – peanut butter – banana flavor that will make the most gourmands salivate! This healthy and simple snack that can be used as breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 2 dates

  • 1 chocolate flavored whey pod

  • 400ml fresh almond milk

  • Optional: cocoa powder

Preperation

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the almond milk) in a blender.

  • Then gradually add the almond milk until the mixture becomes fluid and creamy.

  • Add more or less milk depending on the desired consistency.

  • Taste and adjust flavors : add more bananas or dates to enhance the sweet taste, or more whey protein for the chocolate taste or peanut butter for the salty taste.

  • Feel free to add ice cubes to improve the texture and thickness of the milkshake.

  • Drink very fresh!
