Confinement: keeping fit by exercising at home

If you’re staying home, you probably want to continue exercising. If only to evacuate stress, anxiety and to deceive boredom. Apart from the health benefits, it is also good to stay active to avoid going crazy from being cooped up for a long time.

Exercise is important for general well-being, but it is vital to also protect yourself against airborne diseases, especially coronavirus and therefore not go outside. If it is necessary to avoid places that have a high risk of transmission of diseases transmitted through contact with other men, there may be other options such as home exercise.

Put together a simple exercise program to do at home 20 minutes a day

Focus on core exercises like planks, push-ups, squats, leg raises, or stationary bikes for an easy workout that will build strength and get your heart rate up . To build a workout that’s easy and beneficial for maintaining your fitness, try doing 4 sets of 5 exercises lasting 45 seconds each, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Choose exercises that target different areas of your body and you’ll have a full workout in less than 20 minutes.

For people looking for tips for their home exercises, there are plenty of tutorials available online, either on YouTube or other portals.
