Here’s what you need to make delicious high-protein ice cream. Ideal recipe to cool off this summer without getting fat!
High protein smoothie
Frozen peeled bananas OR frozen strawberries and raspberries
Vanilla flavored protein powder. Isolate HT is a super choice with no less than 8 flavors offered and 27 g of protein per 30 g scoop
Almond milk
A blender
Do not hesitate to play with the quantities in order to obtain the consistency which suits you. The most important thing is that the selected fruits must be completely frozen before arriving in the blender!
Banana vanilla smoothie
One and a half bananas (obviously peel them BEFORE freezing them)
One or two pods of vanilla whey protein
150ml almond milk
Put everything in a mixer or blender for 30 to 60 seconds
Strawberry smoothie
100 to 150 g frozen berries
one or two pods of vanilla whey protein
150ml almond milk
honey to add a sweeter taste if needed
Always start by putting the fruits first in the blender, then add the whey protein and finally the almond milk and the sweetening agent you want if necessary. Blend until the consistency of ice cream and enjoy!
