Useful buds at the dawn of spring

These products will be taken during the months of March and April, before the massive release of pollen in May.

The complementary products of the buds

These buds can be taken in synergy with two remarkable antihistamines, which are agaricus mushrooms (meadow rosé) and quail eggs. It will also be necessary to regulate the production of nasal mucus, which can be obtained with white broth, which we associate with fir in particular, in the triplex lung.

To do this, it is useful to virtually eliminate potentially allergenic foods, and in particular cow’s milk and its derivatives, as well as foods rich in gluten.
