Useful buds at the dawn of spring

Gemmotherapy is a science for which the bud contains all the biological potential of the tree or shrub from which it comes. This gives food supplements with very complete and biologically very active physiological properties.

The buds of immunity, in the heart of winter

To prepare for spring and the energy that precisely allows the biological potential of the buds to explode, it is useful to preserve our immunity by strengthening it. There are several useful buds to strengthen our immune defenses. In children, the most interesting bud is the rosehip, which stimulates the child’s immunity against childhood illnesses and cold-related illnesses, especially the flu and respiratory ailments. The adult will take the beech bud instead, which is an immunity regulator, useful both to protect our body from cold-related illnesses and to prepare our body for spring allergies.

In the spring, regulate the allergic reaction

The allergic reaction in the spring is mainly due to anemophilous pollen (carried by the wind). Pollens attack the mucosa of the upper respiratory tract (nasal cavity, throat, sinuses). In response, the mucous membranes produce excess mucus, which clogs the nasal cavity, and immunity releases histamines, which amplify allergic inflammation. Beech helps regulate this immune reaction. Viburnum can be added to it, which limits the discharge of histamine. If necessary, the immune reaction can be limited with the blackcurrant bud. These products will be taken during the months of March and April, before the massive release of pollen in May.

The complementary products of the buds

These buds can be taken in synergy with two remarkable antihistamines, which are agaricus mushrooms (meadow rosé) and quail eggs. It will also be necessary to regulate the production of nasal mucus, which can be obtained with white broth, which we associate with fir in particular, in the triplex lung.

Plantain, which we combine with blackcurrant and chamomile in the triplex allergic terrain, is also an interesting plant, as an antihistamine. Chamomile, on the other hand, helps to drain the sinuses in relation to the liver. The latter being a good drainer which promotes a good state of the sinuses, must be relieved by a diet low in cow’s milk and gluten (wheat, rye, especially).

Food, a key against spring allergies

Indeed, the food adjustment is useful to limit the clogging of the sinuses. To do this, it is useful to virtually eliminate potentially allergenic foods, and in particular cow’s milk and its derivatives, as well as foods rich in gluten. And let’s not forget that, if despite all this, you still have hay fever, you can still apply under the nostrils, a little essential oil of tarragon, with anti-histamine properties, all these products can be available in online store.
